We are hiring one US-based, part-time Tech Support Specialist to work virtually (from your fully functional home office with high-speed internet) to join our rapidly growing Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Hardware and Software Configuration, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Recommendations
  • Customer-Facing Tech Support
  • Tech Support for LinkedSelling Team
  • Special Projects
  • Working With Tech Team to Provide Full-Spectrum Tech Capabilities

A positive mindset and passion for technology, computers, hardware, and software are musts. This position requires you to be able to work independently, as well as with the team and students and clients.

Your daily activities MondayFriday (central time) will include (but are not limited to): responding to and coaching students and clients in the private Facebook groups, attending staff meetings, being in communication via Slack, and replying to emails. 

While some of the hours are flexible (e.g. special projects, etc), some of the hours are not. (e.g. being available for “Tech Office Hours”, etc)
