ITEGRIA is an IT solutions provider that exists to support elite RIA's with new and improved IT infrastructure. This new setup keeps their clients 100% compliant with the ever-evolving SEC guidelines and rules. Their platform is secure, remote-friendly, and low latency. ITEGRIA's clients see increased communication, ROI, and higher levels of productivity across the board.


Their service is undeniably good and because of that, they’ve been able to survive off of referrals. However, that’s not a sustainable model, especially for Itegria’s goal of growing the business. They have been on the Inc 5000 a few years in a row and want to keep that trend.


Rob Madi is a Partner to ITEGRIA and also assumes a business development role for the company. He oversees specific divisions of the organization, and also fields sales appointments and calls. He knew Itegria needed another way besides referrals to keep those calls booked on the calendar consistently if they wanted to continue their growth pattern. 

The Solution:

Multi-channel approach with messaging & SDR

Itegria turned to LinkedSelling because we offer a systematic approach to booking appointments with quality prospects - which is exactly what Itegria needed.


Using our proprietary multi-touch messaging campaigns on LinkedIn, and more recently, with the added addition of an SDR (sales development rep) component, we’ve been able to target and connect Itegria with the right kind of prospects, getting quality prospects to book appointments. Here’s an overview of the system we implemented on their behalf:


  1. Targeting Small to Mid Size RIA's all over the continental U.S.A., under Itegria’s guidance, we research their ideal customer and create a prospect profile to determine what motivates them to take action.
  2. Find and connect with targeted prospects on LinkedIn.
  3. Develop and nurture strategic relationships with them using LinkedIn messaging and email campaigns, sending out bi weekly messaging campaigns to stay top of mind, while adding value and positioning Itegria’s expertise.
  4. To further increase the volume of leads, we also implemented an SDR component, where Sales Development Reps will call prospects on Itegria’s behalf to encourage them to book an appointment and keep the conversation going.

The Results:

25 Quality Sales Appointments


While services were paused during quarantine, at the time of this writing, we are 5 months into the execution of our lead generation system and have booked 25 quality sales appointments for Itegria to date. And it just gains momentum. In six weeks from the time of this writing, we anticipate that Itegria will be around 36-48.


Only 25 appointments so far? While 25 appointments may not sound like a lot, when compared to inconsistent referrals and depending on the lifetime value of each client that Itegria can close from those 25 leads, the ROI for partnering with LinkedSelling in this capacity has proven positive. And the sales team is busy working on closing...
